The Division of Compliance Assistance offers open testing dates in Frankfort. The tests will be proctored by operator certification staff. No certification preparatory information will be given. A maximum of 18 openings will be available on each test date.
A registration form will need to be completed to enroll for a retest. If you are applying to test for the first time, you will also need to submit a completed certification form. The fee of $35 should also be submitted when the application is mailed. The check should be made payable to the "Kentucky State Treasurer."
